Meet Your Provider

I’m here to be both your clinician and your teammate. I know how confusing and frustrating hormone symptoms can feel, and I never want you to go through that alone. In our visits, you’ll have space to share your story, ask every question, and feel truly listened to. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on and build a plan that feels doable, hopeful, and genuinely supportive of the life you want to live.

Training & Background

I came to hormone health not just as a clinician, but as a patient. For years, I was told I didn’t quite ‘fit the picture,’ yet my body was clearly telling a different story. I eventually received a diagnosis of PCOS after living with abnormal menstrual cycles, needing fertility support, and a recent episode of very heavy, unexplained bleeding.

Those experiences pushed me to look beyond quick fixes and search for deeper answers. They led me to integrative and functional medicine, where I could finally connect the dots between symptoms, hormones, stress, and everyday life.

I also bring over 14 years of experience in Western medicine caring for patients of all ages. Today, that foundation is combined with a more holistic approach, with a special focus on supporting women in peri- and post-menopause.

This blend of medical training and lived experience shapes how I care for others. I listen closely, ask better questions, and create clear, personalized plans. My goal is for every woman I work with to feel seen, believed, and supported with practical next steps—not brushed aside or told it’s ‘just in your head.

Holistic Approach

Jennifer Clark-Connor, DMSc, PA-C

I look at the whole picture—hormones, sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, digestion, and emotional health—to understand what your body is trying to say. We review your symptoms, history, and labs together and then build a plan that may include nutrition shifts, lifestyle changes, stress and sleep support, targeted supplements, and, when appropriate, medications or bioidentical hormones. My goal is to create a realistic, step-by-step path that fits your life and honors both science and how you actually feel day to day

The Patient Experience

Our patients appreciate the clarity of our process and the steady support they receive along the way. After your initial consult and personalized plan, you can continue your journey through structured programs and monthly memberships designed to keep you moving forward. These options offer regular check-ins, ongoing adjustments to your plan, and access to education and support so you’re never left to figure things out alone. The goal is a long-term partnership that helps you maintain balance, prevent setbacks, and feel well-supported in every season of your life
